The role combines managing the day-to-day studio, acting as front of house for calls and visitors, helping with admin and running the building, supporting the client services team and generally being the face of the agency. We are a close team and need an enthusiastic, very capable person to ensure the agency runs like clockwork.

Everyday duties to include:
Meeting and greeting visitors, including senior clients
Booking travel and organising meetings
General administration duties and managing diaries
Buying supplies for office
Managing petty cash system
Ensuring the studio looks great
Sorting post/arranging couriers
Liaising with our IT and financial providers
Monitor several email addresses
Buy staff and client presents
Managing bank statements and receipts
Manage phone and utility contracts
Additional duties to include:
Support to account management team and directors
Sourcing photographs/models/materials for projects
Planning social events

We are looking for a Design Director – someone with a curious mind, a deep understanding of what great work entails and a passion for what the future of brand and content holds. Armed with senior-level experience (10+ years) at some outstanding brand and/or content agencies (digital is a given), this client-facing creative leader will inspire colleagues and clients, offer strategic and creative direction and be at ease talking about brands and content with people of all levels.
The role demands a natural enthusiasm for storytelling and a proven understanding of how things can be done in an integrated way. An exceptional portfolio of projects with some blue-chip brands is a must, along with proven, senior level experience leading pitches and a body of work that’s won both new business and awards.
On top of formidable design credentials, this creative leader will be responsible for co-managing and inspiring a small team. You’ll oversee output including brand identities, communications and integrated content programmes. Main activities and responsibilities:

Creative direction across all platforms.

Expert at a broad range of creative disciplines.
Outstanding portfolio of original and breakthrough work, along with proven experience.
A real craftsperson as well as an ideas person; an Art Director who knows all the design tools and is aware of current design trends and is on top of what makes good design in all channels.
An educated ‘student of brand’, coupled with a deep aversion to the obvious.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
